History of the Nashville WPO

Mr. Carl Jenkins of Hickory, NC founded the Widowed Persons Organization™ some 15 years ago after discovering an unmet need. He has since put this program in place in various cities throughout the Southeast.

On Monday, October 1st 2007, Nashville launched its own chapter of the WPO with the help of Mount Olivet Funeral Home & Cemetery. This program is entirely new to the Middle Tennessee area and requires no membership fees or dues.
